Hungary - Budapest Half day Photo Walk

+ More details

Description

Discover the real Budapest beyond its thermal baths and iconic Neo-Gothic Parliament building: get the inside feeling of the Hungarian capital with my photo tour, bring home wonderful memories and improve your photography skills.
In Budapest, your attention is constantly caught by intriguing details at almost every turn; you find yourself unknowingly heading towards colourful street art or an opulent Neo-Classical façade, and drawn into grand cafés by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sight of elaborate cakes. It may take weeks, years or even a lifetime to fully explore Budapest’s multi-faceted personality, but with my little local insight is a great place to start.

I am a Getty Images photographer for many years, mainly for news and editorial contents and I love to share my passion for photography, with interesting photographic workshops of discoveries!
I will show you the real Budapest while taking all the necessary time to improve your photography skills and to bring home wonderful long-lasting memories.

During my Budapest Photographic Walk, I will point out details invisible to the untrained eye and reveal the best vantage-points on our chosen route, as only a local will be able to do. Learn to tell a story through images, take great shots of iconic monuments and capture atmospheric images off the beaten track.
My photo walks and workshops combine an opportunity to capture Budapest's attractions, people and architecture alongside in-depth photography tuition whilst discovering the capital's fascinating history.

SOME TRIPADVISOR REVIEWS ABOUT THIS TOUR

We had a wonderful time with Marco last year and therefore decided to book another tour with him this May. My parents accompanied us and we all had a fantastic day. Marco is not only an experienced professional photographer, but also a very nice and funny person. We laughed a lot My mum has only a small camera, but Marco has given her many helpful tips as well. She loves her new photos (which gives me more time to work on my own pictures) and already wants to go back.

My wife and I did a few photo tours last year and she surprised me with another photo walk with Marco this year. We had to reschedule due to rain but with a little luck caught a sunny afternoon and managed to once again explore and learn about Venice and this time I focused on my composition and lighting skills. As ever Marco was a wonderfully patient and professional teacher with heaps of experienced and an amazing willingness to share.

  • Marco gave us a very interesting and entertaining talk, and a real insight into the working life of a professional news photographer with a top agency. We all thoroughly enjoyed it!

  • It was very interesting to hear about the day of a news photographer in London and MS certainly got some great shots in what must sometimes be crowded and fast moving situations. I really enjoyed his work from Slovenia and other Eastern European countries. Would make me want to visit! The only downside was the live stream did freeze a lot and I had to keep reloading the page. I am on a very fast fibre connection so maybe it was to do with where Marco was streaming from?
