If you’ve never dealt with us before, you may have worries or concerns about the whole procedure, including whether or not we are trustworthy. There are also those who are prepared to trust us, that are not sure about the booking procedure or any cancellation or (photographer changing) policies regarding changes. This page should explain all these things and we hope, allay any concerns.


All service providers listed on clik-trip, have been tried or tested or recommended and have been invited onto the platform.

Payments are made securely online using a recognised and established third party payment service. Customer’s payments are kept securely by the third party payment provider and are transferred to the service provider depending on their individual terms and conditions.

Booking Procedure

To find how to browse and select aphotographic tour, workshop or experience or a photographer, please refer to the “How does it work?” page (https://www.clik-trip.com/how-does-it-work).

Whilst choosing an experience or a photographer, you have the opportunity to exchange with the service provider. You should make yourself clear about their specific terms and conditions and the cancellation policy that applies to her/his proposal.

When you proceed to make the booking through clik-trip, you will be required to pay the total amount of the service you are ordering. There are no additional fees on top of the published price for the payment service provider or for clik-trip services. These are contractually agreed with each service provider and are included in the final published price.

When you click on 'proceed to payment', no money will be taken until the service provider accepts the booking. The payment will then be held by the third party payment provider until such time as the provider accepts or declines the booking. If the provider accepts the booking, he/she commits to provide the service selected according to his/her terms and conditions and cancellation policy. If the booking is not accepted, you get a100% refund, according to clik-trip’s general terms and conditions.

Should you elect to bypass clik-trip to order a service, be aware that all photographers proposing their services through the platform have committed not to provide better pricing conditions for a comparable service offer. In addition, using our platform to secure your payment could be referenced and leveraged to increase your negotiation power in the unlikely event of litigation with the service provider.


On rare occasions, it can happen that customers and/or photographers need to cancel.

If the booking is cancelled by any of the parties before it has been accepted by the service provider or after it has been rejected by the service provider, clik-trip terms and condition will apply and the customers will receive a full and unconditional refund of all the money they have paid to us.

If the booking is cancelled by any of the parties after it has been accepted by the service provider, the service provider’s terms and conditions and cancellation policy applies and refunds must be agreed between the customer and the service provider. clik-trip will not be held responsible or enter into these negotiations.  For all refunds clik-trip will retain 12% of the total payment in consideration of the service provided and administrative expenses incurred.

We therefore recommend that all our customers to read and agree to the individual terms and conditions and cancellation policies of each of the service providers and to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation fees. If the terms and conditions and cancellation policies are not available on the providers listing, you should request to see them in your exchanges preceding your booking.
