Description

Create your own traditional portraits, West African Style...
Conceived in 2013 by Fatoumata Diabaté, in tribute to Malian photographers Malick Sidibé and Seydou Keita, the Rue Photo Studio is a traveling studio that invites everyone to go back in time and be photographed as in the 1960s.
Enter this mixed world, and let yourself be tempted by an outfit, a pose, and accessories: Cigar on the lips, and scarf in the hair, or blockbuster in hand and a pair of flares, everything is possible when the vintage comes alive .
Alone or with friends or family, let yourself be guided by the photographer and immerse yourself in a timeless space. Behind playful appearances, the Studio Photo of the Street gives time for the shooting that becomes a moment of exchange and sharing, as opposed to (self) portraits of everyday life.
Come spend a moment of relaxation and joy with the Street Photo Studio and leave with a unique print, signed by the photographer.
And if you want to learn about studio photography, it's also possible. Learn from Fatoumata Diabaté, Studio's portrait techniques: discover the specifics of working in black and white film, learn how to select and edit your images to print the photo that makes the difference.
