Spain - Asturias & Cantabria Photo Tour

Get the best of both worlds when we visit the former kingdom of Asturias and Cantabria's wild coastal landscape and the mountain landscape in the Parque Nacional de Los Picos in May .

Northern Spain is a next little forgotten treasure for landscape photographers with its fantastic and unique coastal landscapes while during this trip we also get to experience the exciting landscapes of Navarre, whose counterparts are not found elsewhere in Europe as well as mighty mountain ranges towering towards heaven.

Day 1

We gather at the airport in Bilbao around 1 pm and head towards the village of Liencres which we arrive shortly after 4 pm. Here we are at Hotel La Picota close to some of the best beaches in the region. After check-in and a good dinner with local specialties, we head around 8 pm to the nearby beach for the last light of day.

Day 2

At 06 we gather at the reception to take us to another stop at the beach before we gather again for breakfast at the hotel at 08:30. We then leave Liencres and Cantabria and travel towards Asturias to the small fishing village of Cudillero and our accommodation at El Pescador. We arrive at Cudillero shortly after 4pm with a stop at Parque Nacional de Los Picos with its dramatic mountain ranges.

Day 3

At 06 we return to our favorite beaches and catch the first light of day, then we have a good breakfast at the hotel. During the day we will travel in beautiful landscapes, stop where we want to take photos and have lunch along the way.

After dinner, we will yet again explore the beaches.

Day 4

Just like previous days, we make sure to be in place before sunrise. After breakfast we will return to Bilbao.
